It is a Public Holiday today, and since mum's birthday is tomorrow, we have actually reserved a table for four pax so that she can enjoy some nice Chinese Cuisine...
This time, we bring her to Tunglok Signatures, we had tried this place before on their Dim Sum, and is wondering how are their cuisine taste...
here we are.. at the main entrance....

we also noted that RAS has a promotion going on with some restaurants together with Citibank.... which is all you need to do is to buy a $50 dining voucher and only need to pay just $35 per voucher.. nice deal isnt it.. so we bought 3 voucher .... so you only pay $105 for a value of $150

Decor has never change...

Table neccessities and arrangement is always clean and neat...

and Colourful menu is always attractive and lively.. and it makes you drool too :)

Cucumber simmer with light soya sauce and garlic is a starter snack to opening up your taste bud... not salty, but with its garlic on it.. for sure it will kill many germs inside your body

The captain keep hard selling their Crispy Mini Pork, so we decided to order one.. it is really a mini one... just one mouth and dipping with its mustard, the skin is crispy, meat is tender, and the fat is juicy... you might ask if it is fatty, ... not really, in fact, i have wallop 3 pcs of it :)

This is something unique Taro with Pumpkin, my mum saw it, and ordered one.... it is some yam and clamp together with the pumpkin meat in between.. well.. at first, the look is not really tempting... but when we first bite ... wow... yam is soft and the pumkin is sweet.... when it runs inside your mouth, it really does make a perfect match.....

we ordered a half BBQ Peking Duck ...

a little expensive, and it taste better then the one in Crystal Jade Paragon, the duck skin is crispy and with it little fats underneath the skin, it is really a heavenly taste...

Steam Xiao Lung Bao is not to what i have expected.. i think its Lao Beijng is better...so if you ca order this,, try not to.. but it is also good if you want to experience it yourself...

Deepfried Shrimp Dumpling is what my parents would like to try... crispy skin, fresh prawn, but do really careful as the fried skin can really hurt your throat if you swallow hard

this Angleluffa Cuttlefish is one of the unique dish, we love it, its cuttle fish is deep fried, but when u bite onto it, it is still forever soft and tender.. it sauce is really a good combination with the cuttlefish... this u have to try

Jadeite Tofu with Wild Fungus is always a signature dish in all Tunglok group.... tofu is nicely fried.. skin are still crispy even with its special sauce on it,,, fungus is fresh... this is a die die must order dish

what do we do with the duck meat from the Peking duck... the restaurant has prepared this dish so that we can wrap it with lettuce


nothing really special... but at least the duck meat did not go to waste...

the last dish will be the Lotus leaf Stir Fried Baked Rice.... apologise for not having the picture taken on that.. but i think this is good too...
the rice are nicely bake and fried... not really salty, its aroma actually lead me to 1.5 bowl...

look at i found in my 1st bowl... Big Scallop .... cool.....

I have used up all my 3 vouchers,....
