Ebisboshi - Iluma #2, SG - 30th May 2009

As I have mentioned earlier in part 1, here is a article that was published in Sunday Times on 31st May, just right after we patronise Ebisboshi...  the new digital era in restaurant.. in time to come, i dont think there will be any more order taker.. so simply sit down, check your menu, touch and order the dishes you like

now.. let us explore this kawaii menu they have... they are really colourful and cute too

now.. this menu serve you only shabu shabu, they are smart using cartoon to attract the young one

and this is meant for consumer who are not into shabu shabu...
you will be amaze with all the varieties that they have.. it really make your mind work harder on what to eat...

***** picture taking is not allow in this restaurant, I was lucky enough that i have a few shots using my casio camera, when the manager come to me, he politely tell us not to take any pictures. Of course i feel sad, but evil side told me, since i cant use my camera, i can always use my handphone to snap it, just remember to switch off the flash light ... buahahahahaha...
The following food picture were captured using my Nokia E90 communicator phone... apologise for the bad resolution if u face any :)
Green Tea is at S$1 a cup, nice cup, but tea is too blend...

after the touch and order,,, here is the list of what we order...

we order a Mini Unagi Don, tasty unagi, not too hard and not too soft, texture is just nice.. rice is good, the sauce is not too sweet and not salty.. i will order a bigger bowl the next time i come here...

Mini Shoyu Ramen is one of good ramen I have tasted in big japanese chain restaurant.. noodle are not sloggy, texture is bouncy and QQ, its char-siew are not fat but are lean, the best part, the ramen stock/soup are tasty, and the best part, you dont feel tasty after a few sip of the rich stock.. you should order this...

San Shi Go Combo A is a mixture of california maki and sashimi sushi.. sashimi sushi are fresh, as for the maki, it is not perfectly roll up.. even with its generous shrimp roe,, the maki just dont have the oomph feeling... i will not order this on my next trip, but it is worth a try if you want to know what i mean

TeppanNoHoshi Special Oko is one of the best Oko i have tried beside the one in Liang Court...
it is sizzling hot when it arrives on our table, and it is still sizzling hot when we cut a slice on our small plate

the noodle in it are soft, the egg are nicely fried, vege are well cooked, and when you mixed them altogether... it is heaven....

The final bill will be at S$51.30... a little heart pain.. but .......

due to their promotion, we were given back S$20 voucher so that we go back again...
the sad thing is that this voucher only last for a month...
