Botejyu @ Liang Court - SG, 11th April 2009
Ever since Liang Court has finished their renovation, we always reminded ourselves that we need to patronise Botejyu ... not because we know them, it is just that we wanted to try something new 
So finally, we have this opportunity to try this place...
In the pictures, you can actually see the open concept kitchen, and at the same time you will get to see all the action even if you are not eating
Before you even get to see the menu, there are already a few selection on their showcase that you will get to see
here is what you will see, the open concept restaurant... remember.. please bring along your sweater or jacket,, it is really cold there...
we were then "escorted" to our seat
simple table neccessities..
Colourful menu with many choices for you to choose.. do take note that u will have to wait 15~20 minutes for each dish you order on the Okos
Green tea is serve at S$ 1 ea
We ordered a Tofu Hamburger Set, which comprises of tofu meat burger, chinese noodles, and pathetic red pepper and brocolli, not forgeting it comes with a bowl of rice and miso soup
the burger is really tasteless, not that juicy after all... the noodle is too little and not really "bouncy" at all... and if you really want to taste great Japanese burger,, try Ma Maison...
Next we ordered a Seafood Okos.. this is really good stuff... when the waiteress approached us with this dish, we were stunned by the wavy sauces on top of it.. you know what, we really do not want to spoil the "art" of it... but since our stomach are growling for food.. lets tuck in...
you can see how thick this Okos, and do look closely at the juiciness of the ingredients...
you can see the prawn sticking out... let me dig out for you...
here you go... "big", juciy and tender prawn....
and here is the scallop, it is really thick in thickness, and with the grilling taste.. its really taste good with this Okos...by the way, we have been enjoying this Okos too much until we forgot to take pictures on the squid...

Miso soup are not salty, and it taste just right
total bill is around S$ 34.. and if you have a Citibank Card, there will be a 10% discount..
now, if you really have the intention to go there, please take note that they are not really customer service orientated.. as one of the waitress (specky), is really obnoxious...
if you want someone to serve you better, you can look for this fair white complexion lady, really nice... (i dont have the name).. so you can wait for her to serve you...
