Breakfast in HK - Tsui Wah

文章日期:02/19/2008 01:15 pm
I believe Tsui Wah is nothing new to majority of the HongKonger.. but to me this is the best place for breakfast.. and every morning I have to convince my wife to breakfast with me there..
There are 2 side dishes which is my favourite.. 1st the "西多士" and 2nd the Club sandwich..
Just for your info, the toast has shrink tremondously compare to the last time.. but it still taste great, and I will still patronise them, and as for the Club sandwich, it is very tasty and yummy..
To those who are not from HK SAR local, but would like to try it... this is a place to go for a nice breakfast.
You dont really need a menu, as they are pasted every where... on the table, in table and even on the wall... check it out ...

their table setting is nothing fantastic.. but it does has its own character...

Remember to try out Hot Lemon tea,,,,

My wife favourite.. Satay Beef Pasta and its comes with a bun too

here comes my favourite the toast... best in all town

and not forgetting the club sandwich... that is my 2nd favourite, even my wife cant resist it too

if you have not idea where Tsui Wah is.. you can always ask the local around you,, I think they will be glad to assist you. :P

文章日期:09/13/2008 04:01 pm

I have sounded to my wife that I thought of picking skating as it can helps to improve your cardio and not forgetting to burn some calories from your body.. but the worries is that I am not really comfortable on the new in-line skate, as it only has one row of wheels.. :(
1 week ago, I accidentally hit a website on this new toy, the SKORPION... after browsing through, it is a state of art roller skate that is better then what we used to have, it has 2 version, one for Urban and the other is for Terrain... and they even have a distributor in Singapore too.
So.. here come last saturday, 13th Sep, we drove down to Downtown East, as it has the most variety, and after the sales explaination, I have decided to buy the terrain as its allow you to skate through mud, road, and eve grass...
here is how the packaging will looks like...

here is the front suspension

and here is the suspension and its braking system

and of couse how can you not buy the protection gears...

on Sunday, it is action times...
1st the left foot

going for the next

and now the 2nd foot

looks cool.. isnt it :)

now.. let me pose it for your .. hahaha

during the 1st minute, my heart started to pump fast, as I have not been skating for century, it really shaken my confident.. The feel is different, the wheel are big, and my wife is worry too .. not my safety but the flowers pots from neighbours..
I have to familiarise myself during the 1st 30 minutes.. the balancing act, the braking act, the turning act.. as my confidence level started to increase, lets go down to the playground..
now 2 rounds has passed... my calf muscle is a little stiff, and I almost fall down.. still need some time getting use to the big wheels.. and I think I can do it...
and finally, I manage to skate ard 10 rounds, perspiring and tiring,, but luckily my wife is with me.. and this time, she is worrying that I might fell down..

I will skate again this coming friday, and hope there will be improvement...

Orchid Decoration in Taipei International Airport - Feb 2008

Orchid Decoration in Taipei International Airport

When we are on our way back from Taiwan to HK..
there is this huge Orchid decoration in the middle of the departure lobby..
I find it very interesting and at the same time I like to take pictures on orchid..you might ask me why orchid..  As I notice.. most of the flowers on earth.. orchid has the most variety, and it comes in different size, colours, etc... and I can still remember when I was in school.. my art teacher will specifically want me to draw the orchid to hang up on the notice board.. reason given is that I can get the colour right on the paper.. if you are asking me now can I still draw now.. probably I need to warm up a few weeks... hahaha
enjoy viewing...
