Once again it is Food Court time :)
Lot 1 Food Court is one of our favourite hide-out for lunch...
if you have follow closely from this link http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/hanriktan/article?mid=892, we always like to "order" korea food as it is really value for money...
This time, we decided to change our taste...
my wife actually would like to try their Yong Tao Foo Hor Fun or Kway Teow..
You will have to select a varieties of fillings from the "showroom", and so she picked up cabbage, tofu, egg tofu, seaweed, fish cake, green vege, and more green vege, and of course not forgetting the hor-fun...
it is really a filling dish for a person, nothing special on the soup, ingredients so-so... but from economical point of view, it is worth while lunch at only S$ 4.40...
as for me, I ordered a Chicken rice set, it really looks great on the promotion poster, and with the cashier hard selling, I think i will go for it...
Rice is a must, a plate of roasted chicken, not forgetting the bean sprouts and chilli sauce that goes with it...
Bean sprouts are fresh and crunchy, the sauce that goes with the sprouts are not salty, so they are safe to eat...
as for the Chicken, it is rather disappointed, they way they chop are really jeez...
Portion are small, as for the skin are not crispy enough to call it roasted chicken
economical value? not at all, as this dish cost S$ 6.20... i think i can have better near my place and with great reputation too :)
