Would like to take this opportunity to thank MommyDearest (MD) for organising this mini gathering for bloggers.. this is the first time that we met MD, she is cheerful, approachable, sociable, friendly and also a great cook... and at the same time, would like to thank DaddyDearest (DD) for showing us various fruit trees that he has been planting in his beautiful garden.  Finally we have seen how Jambu trees looks like, also the mango tree, "dates" (cant remember the bame), lemon tree, starfruit tree, coconut tree, too bad there isnt any durain tree. It is very educational, and maybe we can suggest to NPB to pin this place down as a heritage garden :)

here is how the Jamboo fruit tree looks like, it is still too young to eat it... lets wait when they are fully grow, and we can have a Jamboo feast..hahahaha..just kidding..

while waiting for the actual dinner to start, lets start with some starter...
cant remember what is this called... it is consists of guava puree, tomatoe?, onion? and some pepper?... well anyway, one phrase to describe, it is just taste too GREAT!!!  I can have this for dinner...

Home made salsa, it is tasty and its spice is tinkling when you stuff into your mouth

MD homemade bread, this your have got to try if you have the chance. It tastesoft,  fluffy, it doesnt stick to your teeth, and if you are to eat together with the salsa, yummy, it will definitely bring you up to a heavenly stage.

this freshly baked cranberry walnet bun, its aroma really tempting you to eat more, it is also good to eat on its own, frankly speaking, this is the first basket to be finish.

hahaha, it is dinner time... this are all done prepared by MD

This salad is just too good to resist. With the special dressing that MD prepared, it really open your appetite to go on for more food

Seafood Spaghetti.. it has squid, prawn, mussel? I have not try this before, but I like it :)

Bolognese spaghetti taste good too..; thanks MD

The next dish will be Bolognese pasta, looks like it has been baked with cheese topping.. too bad I am on a strict diet, but I will defintely go for a few more rounds if i need to :P

Grilled peppers, eggplants, carrots, potatoes, etc.....

here comes my favourite part,,,, charcoal grilled chicken..
we just dont know how MD did it, when we bite into the meat, not only the meat is juicy tender, its just melt into your mouth... and I think the one that is very happy should be Mr Yeungyeung.

this is my first round

my 2nd round,,, i think i have 4~5 round of serving.. (if i am not wrong)

after a great dinner, everyone is relaxing themselves chatting away

this is sponsored my MD friend, homemade "Royce" Chocolate... creamy, taste of fruity alcohol.. and sad to say, we finished them all.. sorry MD....:P

SouthAsia pineapple biscuit from HK...

MD has brought a box of "KOK-ZHAI" from HK...

and Mr YeungYeung is eating happily and a thumbs up for this snack

Mango from DD garden, it is really unbelievable.. it is soft, tasty, and lastly, it is SWEET !!!.. the D's family really save a lot fruits money...

the last dish, watermelon... hahaha.. this is not from DD garden, unfortunately :P.. but it is really sweet that nite and quenches everyone thirst after a long hour of chatting all the way..

once again, thanks MD and DD again for this wonderful evening and a good host, hope we can be the same as you.. and the food from MD, this is really a thumbs up... if you plan to open a restautant dont forget abt us.. you can be the masterchef, and we can be the junior chef to assist you too..
cant wait to have more gathering like this... next time lets do pot-luck
