We have read so much abt this Claypot rice style from HK in the newspaper now and then... well... it is my wife who spotted this article (I think abt 1~2 months ago)... It claim that it is a authentic HK style.. when my wife read it,, she really misses the HK style claypot as she doesnt really fancy the Singapore style... you will ask.. what is the difference... :) the difference is really on its sauce.... Singapore style lets u have all the dark soya sauce that u wants, as HK style are sweet soya sauce... that is the difference... now... lets go.. into the main topic...
It is a hot Sunday noon... we drove all the way to Big Splash East coast...  I have not been there for donkey years... and when we reach there... to our surprise, it is now fully converted into a eating paradise...
