hahaha... finally we are here in part 2... and I believe this what you have been waiting for....
Claypotfun is managed by Jumbo group, I think it is a form of diversifying....

and they even have this clause.. you will have to wait for at least 15 minutes for 1 claypot...

we ordered 2 Claypot rice (CPr)
the 1st one will be CPr with Pork ribs....
nice garnishing, looks delicious... when the waiteress serve onto our tables.. it is still sizzling hot,, you can smell the nice fragrant from the rice

let me close up.. pork ribs looks juciy... just cant wait to taste it... now my saliva is drooling even when i am typing this...

we pour some of their sweet soya sauce... unlike in Singapore, local will use spoon to stir... while in HK, we will use the chopstick...the more we stir, the more fragrant it is juicy out...

now the verdict,,, eating clapot rice with retro porcelain bowl and digging it with wooden chopstick do really bring out its taste, unlike local sinapore stall where they use plastic bowl and plastic chopstick...
coming back on the rice... rice are nicely cook, its sweet soya sauce does bring out the claypot taste... the sad thing is that no doubt the pork ribs are tasty, the meat just doesnt fall off from the bones when you bite on it... it tasted good on one side, and feel disappointed on the other....

the next CP will be this CPr with Minced beef, looks appetising.. but when we it landed onto our table.. it is rather disappointing.. the beef suppose to be minced and sliced... but, lets put the appearance aside and dig in...

PS... i really like the egg .... hahahaha

here goes the stirring...

the final ...
a little peppery taste and smell.. beef meat is tender and Q.. it taste even better then the pork ribs CPr...

my verdict will be 3.5/5... the reason is they are really HK style as they claim they are.. (well... alittle).. but it will be a great experience....
drive down this weekend to East Coast Big splash.. .and try it out...
