Southern Ridges Walk - SG #1, 28th March 2009

It is another get together event in our company... and this time our committee is organising a trail walk at the southern part of Singapore.. you are right it is the Southern Ridges.. the actual distance for this trail is ard 9km, but this time we are going to walk just a short distance..
here is how our itin will looks like:
8:30am, The bus will sent us to Henderson Waves
8:40am, Set off from Henderson Waves (Distance: 0.3 km/Walking Time: 05 mins)
8:50am,  Hilltop Walk (Distance: 1.0 km /Walking Time: 15 mins)
9:10am, Forest Walk (Distance: 1.3 km/Walking Time: 20 mins
9:30am, Alexandra Arch (Distance: 0.08 km/Walking Time: 05 mins)
10:00am, Hortpork (Distance: 1.1 km/Walking Time: 15 mins)

by 8.15 am, everyone is walking towards the carpark of Seah Im Food Centre, and some begin to call where their kaki's are...

hmm... this colleague is still pondering over something.. I wonder what it is

before we moving forward to Henderson Waves let us do a warm up exercise by laughing our lungs out...:)
