Yum Cha with MIL in Tung Lok - The Central
It is really nice of my MIL wanting to lunch with us when we are working..
so all the way down to The Central, my SIL has already made up her mind having yum cha in the Tung Lok restaurant
all dim sum really taste good and juicy, i cant really remember all their name, all i know is that their name are end with dumpling
This is one dish i urge everyone should try... fried bean curd with prawn paste.. crispy, juicy and the meat taste great without any sauce
vege dumpling is also good.. at least it taste healthier
Xiao Long Bao is fill with soup, and remember to eat it when they are hot
this double layer cake.. thats rite double layer.. yam and carrot cake..
it sure melts in your mouth... and it is not oily at all
Phoenix claw taste normal..
this fried rice is one full filling dish.. just nice to fill up our hungry stomach..
not that salty, just nice
and its fragrance sure to make you go for a few more rounds
