Toa Payoh Hub Food Court
Finally our house moving is over, and during our 2 days of unpacking, our lunch and dinner only place is Toa Payoh Hub Food Court. The reason for choosing here... great varieties, and price is reasonable, we try not to consume too much of food from food court, due to unhealthy reason.. but this is one time that we are breaking our rules...
Now, this entry is actually from basement 1 carpark, it sure looks pretty neat and crowded too
we have tried some stall, and this is one stall that we wanted to try.. the Funan Weng Ipoh Ho Fun.. The pictures looks so tempting and promising too.. and since it is a old brand since 1955, we believe it should be good
Menu looks ok and lots of varieties to choose from
$3.20.. pretty affordable
cosy decor from the inside
and look at this auntie doing the noodle tarik
One thing is confirm... coffee cannot make it.
here comes our food... the "infamous" Ipoh Hor Fun
u know what i like the best part? only the mushroom... that is the best i can say.. the gravy.. i will pass the next time :)
next dinner time.. Korean Kimchi Ramen in TPY hub again...
$5, quite ok.. noodle ok... the best part egg is fresh... and fail part, soup lor...
next day dinner.. pizza just before the Ipoh Hor Fun..
Totally cannot make it... really really need to pass
next lunch..
I mean dessert... we drove all the way to Anchor Point to have our dessert.
Secret Recipe....
We have not been to SR for some donkey years.. and this place feel so very cosy too
Chocolate Strawberry cake taste ok.. but their strawberry taste more like jam rather then the fresh fruits... its chocolate surface is too rich and we didnt really finish it at all..
This is the best so far ... Chocolate Fudge cake..
the softness of the cake just melt inside your mouth and you will keep asking for more
and lastly .. Green tea from SR... hmmm....ok la
