Chinese New Year Eve with Friends, Day 3
It is now Lunar New Year day 3. Would like to thank MD/DD inviting us over to their humble palace for dinner.. Cherry and Brian are the first to reach, follow by me, then by Luyi and family then etc... (i forget liao)... during our chatting, dishes were slowly moving out from the kitchen to the dinning table... and u know something, they all looks so very yummy .. slurppy...
How can we not have this "Lou-Hei Yu sheng"
jelly fish replacing salmon.. some thing crunchy and tasty
MD signature braised knuckles.. its meat is soft, tender, juicy, and full of collagen
drunken chicken, tasty and taste drunk too
this special dish is meant for kids only
there are just too many yummy dish for us... but befire we can tuck in.. we still need to wait for a few more friends... here are what the ladies and the guys do while waiting.. chatting all the way lor
