It has been quite some time since we have nice lunch together.. and after a great treat from our fellow colleague yesterday.
I thought of bringing my wife to this brand new restaurant that we have wanted to try for a very long time since last year..
This Japanese restaurant locate in Liang Court, which in between our Havelock and River Valley office.. and its looks pretty decent..
so we decided to give it a try..
I must say, they provide the best service and they are the most courteous and politeness actually encourages us to patronise them again..

The interior is set to be a cosy and exclusive area.. good to eat and chat, and you can see how neat and tidy they are

They even have their own sauce and katsu sauce

Its menu is so full of colourful varieties that you really want to eat them all.. but remember not all in one day :)

here comes my Miso Katsu set
you know what the waiter told me.. "sir, if need more rice, you can go to the next counter to top up, rice is free flow"
wow.. eat until you drop

the miso paste is so rich and tasty.. this i really must give a thumbs up..
wait till u eat the katsu..

let me zoom in the katsu for you.
not only it is tasty, the meet part is so fresh and the crispiness just keep on cracking in your mouth, and its paste...
i really faint with happiness and joy

here comes our next dish, Yasai Itame set..
full of vege and thin slices of pork meat..
the fried vegetables are not oily nad yet it maintain its freshness and crispiness
and the slice pork and not hard to chew but it still maintain its tenderness and juice ...

now.. i really dont know what to say.. this todu.. is cold and tasteless.. but it is smooth and taste good with miso

my verdict is.. this is a place u really must go..
die die must try..
