Lunching in Waraku with my wife :P
It is not always that easy to find time having lunch with wife during my working day. As for this time, she was around the corner next to my office doing some shopping. With this great opportunity, we head on to The Central and see what is in for us...
There are a few outlets that offers great lunch set, be it western, chinese, korean, japanese..
after much discussion, we went straight in to Waraku...
here are menu for the lunch promotion...
while waiting for our orders to arrive, quickly take a few snap of clark quay.
here comes our first set, Shoyu Ramen with Katsu don
ramen portion is a little pathetic, but surprisingly the its soup base is not that salty at all.. obviously we are not going to drink it all ( not wanting our blood pressure to shoot up).. and ramen texture is good too.
Katsu portion is not that bad, if the katsu can be a little crispier, it will definitely score a lot of points for this set
next, green tea saba and unagi don
green tea soba sure taste refreshing once it is dip into a special sauce, its texture is so smooth, and you can feel it is just like roller coaster slurping down your throat ... (no la joking, i am exaggerating), but it is really nice lor
dont be mistaken this unagi don does not comes with katsu...
