Dinner with Mr YY
This is the first time that I am going with MR YY for dinner without our wives..
Please do not mistaken... jhouse and YY is out having fun with their friends .. leaving us 2 guys hanging in the air but also giving us a chance to explore the wonderful food in the east side of Singapore..
At first we are deciding whether to take Curry Fish Head or Bull Fron Claypot porridge, after some struggling, we decided to take the latter...
To take the bull frog porridge, it has to be in Geylang.. but i just cant remember where is the exact location, and have no choice, i have to call Vincent, and Mei Mei husband, and my good friend Simon... Vincent was suggesting the stall along lor 9, and simon suggest lor 3... but at the end we chose lor 3 which is the pic below
after browsing the meny, the waiteress is alittle unfriendly, but as long the food is good... who cares...
we ordered 2 different type of seasoning .. the colouring looks the same but they taste different..
the one u see below is the spicy version
and this one is non spicy
this porridge looks silky thick
and fermented bean curd with kang kong
lets tuck in..
before i end this blog.. this is one hell good lime juice that i has so far... really quench your thirst and wash away all the MSG from the food above.. ( i think)..
