Dumpling's Day - Tuen-ng Festival - Dinner
Dumpling's Festival is day where all Chinese all over the world will be celebrating..
It is day to commemorate a Chinese scholar Qu Yuan http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qu_Yuan
any way.. it is a day to celebrate and to eat 
It is nice of Mr/Mrs YY inviting us over for this great feast..
we have the whole chicken, vege, soup, etc... and they are all prepared by MR YY...
this hole fowl is prepared by using a pressure cooker.. (i think) and MR YY actually cut out all its fats...
and also chopping it too
as you can see, from this picture... the meat is really tender and juicy minus the fat.. yummy

this is specially brought back from HK and it sure is huge
next cut them and slice them to four
glutinous rice is sometimes hard to digest in our digestive system... but this is sure taste good
next .. dessert prepared by Jhouse... can u guess?
once again.. we had a great evening chatting and eating and chatting and eating.. cant wait for the next one.. the mooncake festival.. hahahaha
