Turkey Dinner with MIL
As promise, we had our dinner last nite. This delicious, humungous turkey was bought from Four Season Gourmet Market at Marina Bay via Groupon.
we didnt know that it was this big, so.. we didnt really get to finish all and so.... we decided to keep the left over meat for sandwiches, and its bone for boiling soup.
Cutting the turkey is no easy job... look at what i have done..
walaaa.. meat are soft, tender and white
oops.. this is what we have for dinner :)
here are the drumstick, delicious, tender and juicy too...
and finally green salad with avocado and sprinkle with some japanese seasoning.
overall we are having fun and chat all nite through...
we shall have the turkey meat probably in the next few days.
