Swensens IMM - SG, 28th Sep 2008
Today my wife will be flying back to HK for the "Chong-yeung" which is on the 7th October and we will be flying back to Singapore on the 12th of October..
As you know that we swim every weekend, but we decided to skip the swimming.. with that in mind, we again decided to have our breakfast in Swensens after browsing their menu on the website...
It is 8am in the morning, it is a quiet and non crowded morning, and I think we are the 2nd customer in the restaurant
Interior as usual, they have all the same decor in every outlets
The same old ceiling lights
The same old culinary sets
this is the 1st time I am browsing at the menu
they are colourful and very informative...
my wife actually ordered a Blueberry pancakes, the pancake are fluffy and you are wondering where is the blueberry, well it is well hidden underneath the pancake... there is this little bowl which comes with slice mushroom with some kind of soup or cream or whatever.. dont ever take this, you will not like it.. you can eat whatever u see on the place but not that slice fungi
as for me, I ordered a Gourmet Selection, Eggs Florentine set, nice name isnt it :)
It has 2 toast, sausages, 2 poached egg on top of creamy spinach..
the toast are well prepared, the egg are juicy on the yolk, and the spinach is spendid if you are to eat together with the toast,, you should try some,,
the breakfast varieties are better then the one in coffee bean
price are reasonable...
if you have a Swensens nearby our place.. do remember to give it a try
