Awana/Genting Malaysia #1, 7th Aug 2008
This Awana Genting trip was plan at the beginning of the year when Jetstar finally announces its package to KL.. we have been wanting to go up the highland, just that my wife doesnt like the 6 hours coach ride...
The to and fro airfare cost us S$ 300 per couple, inclusive of tax, we started our journey on the 7th Aug, which is 2 days before the Singapore National Day...
There was a 15 mins delay of flight, which Jetstar suppose to take off by 3.55 pm.. Anyway, we still reach KL aiport by 5 pm...
We booked a Genting Limo from the airport.. it will be a 1.5 hours ride from Airport to Awana.. the cost of the Limo will be RM$230.. a Luxury Nissan Cifero are awaiting us outisde the airport... and here we are on our way to Awana and travelling with comfort...
1.5 hours later, we have reached our destination...

the lighting are not really bright but it is good enough for us to see our way towards the reception to do our check-in
Cosy Lobby, really is a good place to have a nice chat with no one disturbing you...
lobby centre piece.. not really fantastic..but at least with this centre piece, it will not bring boredom to the reception hall
after receiving our key ard, we are now on our way to our room...
when we opened our door.. wow!!! look at this room.. it is really humungous !!
one more thing.. most of the pictures taken below are not expose to my camera flash, I want to take the room as itself withour flash, so you can see how it is like when the evening comes with only a handful of in-house lighting...
what us see below is a walkway to bed room on the right and also to the main hall right ahead of us..
and when we walk further in.. jeez.. a mini kitchen which also act as a bar counter
and the sofa set looks "cosy"
the mini kitchen really doesnt look really, but if you have the intention to cook, it will be just nice
See what I mean :)
Now lets move forward to the bedroom.. looks larger then king size right? hahaha...
We deceive by it looks ... it was a combine from 2 single bed that form up this big "king" size bed
well.. I have nothing to complain, it really looks nice here.. hehehe
now.. moving on.. here is the toilet that most of us will be interested...
the toilet is very spacious, but lack of neccessities.. so when you are there, remember to bring your own shampoo, bathing lotion, body lotion, conditioner, etc.. dont expect much here even though it is "4-star"
Shower room is "spacious" here..
well that is all I have for the hotel and the room..
