Ramen Ten - SG, 31st May 2008
One week ago, Jancy has book an appointment with her "hair consultant" which is located in the Far East Plaza (FEP)... and my wife was asking me what will be our schedule for this day.. I mentioned to her that why not we explore this place and see what we can find in FEP..
this place really has many eating store.. you can find Malay, Thai, Jap, Western. And we walk to the 5th level.. OMG.. this level is really smokey, and the cooking smoke can really choke you to death...
So qucikly that we rush down to the 1st level, and we found this Ramen Ten.. very intresting as this is a Halal Jap restaurant.. and take note.. there will be no pork serving for this "restaurant"
The entrance is pretty red and I think they can do better on entrance..
Not crowded yet, and I think we are too early :P
The decor is a little cramp if it is crowded with people.. but it looks very modenised and hippy
the wall behind us has a view of the JR train

Colourful menu, varieties are limited as they have exclude all the pork dishes
one green tea bag for us,,, which cost us S$1.50
We ordered two California Handroll, it really tase blend and empty..this is the most simple california that we have ate compare to Ichiban, Minori, Tampopo...there is one that i like abt this roll....the skin are crispy, good!,
on the other Mushroom Vege Ramen taste great, you can taste that the soup stock is using no pork, not salty at all, with all the vege in it.. it taste healthy...really good for consumer who are watching their weight and wanted to taste good ramen
my wife ordered a Gyoza Ramen, using the same stock as mushroom ramen, the gyoza is a little salty.. but it still taste ok
this is a place which are mainly patronise by young people, good for family and good for group gathering.. you can shop around for fashion and there are tons of salon in this building...
