Koh Grill - SG, 14th Sep 2008
It is foodcourt time.. we stumbled this food court during our strolling on weekend in Wisma,
hmmm.. let see what FoodRepublic has to offer, as usal Chinese stall, Malay stall, Indian stall, Korean stall, dim sum stall, and Japanese stall...
after much consideration and my wife suggested Japanese,, she always like Japanese food...
and here we are, sitting in front of Koh Grill and Sushi Bar
nice wooden culinary set and good view of the lower levels too
the menu is a little crumpled
but with the colour choice inside, it really makes saliva for more food
here is the set menu
1st we ordered a plate California Maki, look at the roe, wow!!!
this is one of the best Maki we have try, it is better the Ichiban, and it is alsos comparable with Minori... you really must order this
we ordered a Salmon bento with tempura set
Tempura are colourful with egg plant, lady finger, and prawn
Teriyak sauce salmon
at the same time we ordered another set Cod Fish Bento with salmon sashimi
Salmon sashimi are fresh and juicy, during my typing of this, I can feel my saliva are running inside my mouth
light sauce on Cod Fish
Agedashi Tofu is a little disappointed, but anyway, it is still nice to have it
miso Soup are rich in miso, try not to drink too much if you know what i mean
the place is located at the 5th floor of Wisma Atria, Republic Food Court..
enjoy....
