Ichiban Boshi Centrepoint - SG, 27th Oct 2008
It is a Deepavali Holiday for Singapore today, I hereby wishing all our Indian friends a Happy Deepavali day...
Now what shall we do today, we wanted to try other Ichiban outlets that was run by Harry before.. and we remember that there is one that Harry once focus on.. which is the branch in Centrepoint...
It is still pretty early when we reach there.. but our stomach are already shouting for help :)
The Boshi interior is totally different from the Ichiban Sushi in IMM, it has a cool feel and a little up market then the family type..., if IMM has this cool interior design,, that will be really great .

it has the same placement as in Ichiban IMM
Menu is better then Ichiban IMM
and the choices is far more superior the Ichiban IMM
now the conveyor belt is ready to be rock-n-roll
Sea-weed sushi
After going through the menu, we ordered a Chicken Teridon, the skin is a little too hard, but with its tender meat and sweet sauce, it really blended well together with the rice and vege...
The portion ration is perfect, and you dont have to worry abt going hungry later of the day.
we ordered a Black Pepper Salmon Don, slightly spicy and with it sweet sauce, it totally bring out a new experience of food tasting.. If the Ichiban Boshi can slice the salmon a little thicker, it will 100% perfect...
Agedashi Tofu is one of our favourite dish to go with our Don,,, not over fried, and not too hot.. great stuff
ahhh.. Miso soup is always one of our talking point, as for the soup here,, sodium is not as much as Ichiban IMM. PERFECT !!!
