After reading Mui Mui and Una blog about this cafe, and with their unanimous recommendation, we decided to try this place out
Kings Cafe is actually quite centrally located, and for those who are not driving.. taking a MRT is convenient too, as it is located right under the nose of Aljunied MRT station.. but if you are driving, do prepare that you have to get your parking coupon ready, and the car park are not sheltered
The entrance of the cafe is very mellow and humble. The  interior are very simple too..

here are some decor on the table.. As you can see the interior decor is very simple, a nice sunflower will light up your day as well

We took at least 10 to 15 mins to read the menu... wow, they really have tons of varieties.. We chat with one of the senior waitress over there and understand that the cafe is run by a HK couple who has been staying here and running the business for >20 years... wow..

we ordered a French Toast... one thing is for sure.. it taste better then C-Nai.. if the thickness of the toast is thicker by a centimetre, I think it will be comparable with Tsui-wah in HK... but we have no regret ordering this even though Kings uses 2 slice as one..

We orderd a set lunch which comes with soup, main course, dessert and tea..
As for the soup, you can choose either the mushroom soup or the Borsch soup... as for me, I will definitely choose the Borsch soup.  This is one of the best soup I have tasted so far, and it is the same as in HK :) rich in tomato flavour, rich with vegetables.. and everything is rich.... this you have to try...

We ordered a side dish - 星州炒面 - the waiteress even tell us if we would like to have with or withou curry powder.. and we told her of course the authentic one with curry powder.. she explain that some customer prefer not to have, that is why she need to confirm with us...
It taste the same as in HK, not too spicy and yet it retain its slight spiciness....

and.. look at this small small prawn.. isnt it cute....

here come the main course from the set.. Chicken chop with fries....

the meat of the chicken chop is soft, tender and juicy.. yummy,... the only disaapointment from my wife will be the black pepper sauce.. the sauce does has its looks, but lack spiciness...

the french fries is great while it is hot,, and if you eat together with the chicken chop and the sauce that goes with it.. it really brings you to heaven :P

here comes our additional side dish order... Pork chop Bun, this is another tasty bun that I have tasted.. Pork are tender and juicy, and the buns are soft... at first we were afraid that the bun and the meat will be hard, but to our surprise.. it is not.. this is one dish that you will need to order.. go ahead.. order it...

and here come the Ice Red bean, this is a norm that we will order for every Cha Chan Teng that we went... not that great, but better then most of the Cha Chan teng in singapore... but it is worth a try...

as for the dessert that comes with it.. well.. it is actually from the can fruits.. and at the same time they have lightened the sweetness of the syrup so that it is not that sweet... but it is still a good dessert anyway...

and the final bill.. tadaaaa.....$23.30 ... very affordable and not expensive...

If anyone is interested in trying this place, it is a "die die must go" place...
