Kopitiam IMM - SG, 27th Jul 2008
It is food court time....
recently we are really crazy about food from food court.. our whole body is really aching (especially mine) after yesterday hard work...
we decided that we drove to the nearest mall which is IMM...
after walking for abt 10 ~ 15 minutes, we stop by this Kopitiam, and at the same time, my other half is craving for "char siew" .. so this is the place we are going to have our lunch
as usual this place is alway crowded with people....
they have a combination western and chinese food
internal decor are very simple, by looking at this chairs.. it really brings back the good old day memories of "kopitiam"
modern lighting with old furniture...
my wife ordered a char siew rice... and we specially instructed the "chopper" not to give us any fatty meat...
char siew is a little dry, and colour are not as bright.. but it taste just as nice...
as for me, I ordered a Hainanese Curry Chicken rice... just look at the colour.. the gravy is thick
the meat is tender, and it is quite spicy too..
I will go back again to have the curry chicken.. and i will order another plate with bread this time...
