Pre-National Day Mini-Dinner Gathering with friends
Recently we have a new couple which has move into this new place. It is not new estate in Singapore, although it is not high but it does has its own characteristic, and with the cosy environment, I really feel like moving in... (if i have the money..kekekeke
)
You can see from the pictures below, it is really quiet and serene and this is a place which I think most people will like it..
As National Day is on the 9th August, our friend decided to have a Pre-National Day dinner gathering for us and some their friend too

nice complete serving set of bowl, tea cup, spoon from Daiso.. it is even better then buying from Taka or isetan
Simple Vege Salad with Italian dressing.. fresh and healthy
this is really a recommended dish ... not only it is tender, it is juicy too... and the best part is, you will never get it from any place in singapore .. as this is a self and home-made Char-Siu... I eat quite a fair bit of it, but it will be great if i can have more.. hahahaha
the next dish, home made roast fatty pork... white meat is tender and juicy.. not too salty but just nice... and we actually heard someone biting on its crispy skin, and it sounds like "crack, crush and crack again"
this is the best so far in the dinner, Ox-tail minestrone, the soup is rich with oxtail flavoring, and we cant wait to have our mouth on it.. yummy..

another dish will be honey baked chicken (i think).. this too is another great dish as it was prepared by a chicken meat guru that specialise only in chicken.. nice job
It was nicely baked and not fat at all, meat is lean and it is really one hell dish that tap well with honey from china

once again, we would like to thank our friend for inviting us for this great dinner and their great host and hospitality too... lets meet again.. shall we?
