this is what i have pick up for my plate...
yam rice, fried noodles, pork ribs, pepper beef, simmer ducks, carrot cake

the duck meat that i am having is not that bad, its meat are soft, tender and juicy too. Its sauce is not at all salty, it is good to go for another round on this meat

i have not try local carrot cake for so many years, so i have no comment on this, but nonetheless.. i am not hating it at all

pork ribs are little too dry on its meat,

Har Kao needs a lot of improvement... when i first bite on it, you can tell immediately that it is not fresh at all.. The Square, please look into it

Fried noodle is soft and it really blends very well with the pepper beef gravy

I think i miss out the shot on the pepper beef, nothing special, the beef meat is just too chewy, and it taste like rubber... so .. need to go back to the drawing board
I really like its satay, the meat is juciy and tender, and when you dip into the peanut gravy, it really blends very well as the gravy is not spicy at all... but they should cut down the sugar in the gravy

now in the next section, u have sushi, tofu, bakery, salad and salmon sashimi

at first I thought that this is some kueh kueh on this rack,, after looking at it.. they are just decor :)

this is what i have on my next plate..

tofu is plain and tasty with mayo salmon on it

i think its egg mayo turns a little sourish a it has been in the open for quite some time

as for the sashimi section, i have selected the squid, salmon and some sushi

the squid that i am having is really taste good, not too soft and not to hard, just nice.. and when u dip in the soya sauce, it taste sweet too...

I believe Salmon sashimi is everyone favourites, so am I,,, it is soft and sweet, when dip into the soya sauce with a bit of wasabi on it, it really is heaven to me

there is also a Rojak section, where you get to make your own version of rojak.. I will skip this..

if u have sweet tooth, you can try to deep this marshmellow into the pool of hot chocolate sauce

my salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil
