Breakfast from Lavender JB
During our trip to JB Jusco yesterday, this is one bakery shop that we dont want to miss.
Lavender has tonnes of varieties to choose from and I can say that they are one bakery that is superior than most of the branded bakery in Singapore... and I was told that they have nice cafe inside its premises.. and I think I should try them the next trip..
we bought one Charcoal Mochi Bread.. this Charcoal are edible, and if you are to check its benefits, Binchota Charcoal Powerder has detoxification power and at the same time can absorb waste from our digestive too .. http://www.mtmeru.com/bamboo-charcoal/featured-products.htm
the texture doesn taste like bread.. imagine when you bite into it.. it has feeling between bread and mochi.. but it taste great if you sip together with a cup of tea
looks like Log Cake doesnt it.. :).. this is actually a Log Bread.. the bread is hard and soft at the same time... its chocolate sauce is not sweet and taste just right.. this log bread will definitely let you survive for the next half day..
