dinner with friends in Zhou's Kitchen
few weeks ago I have redeemed a TungLok $20 voucher via one of the credit card reward scheme. dining voucher is always in out top list as we really like to go out and eat, and at the same time we can save "lots" of money too..
after brain storming what we should do, but you know laaa... how much food can 2 person order... so we call Mr and Mrs YY, and not forgetting Olive, who has been missing for a very long long time
we have pick up a place, Zhou's Kitchen, it is under Tung Lok umbrella group..here are some night shots outside the building

some pickles to kick off your appetite..
here come our dish, this is Poached bak choi, the vege remain crunchy and fresh... its soup are tasty and you can even smell and taste that they have actually use goo broth and chinese wine in it... but one good experience is that when u first bite on the it, not only will u taste the juice from the leaf, but you will also get to "drink" the broth too
next, this is still my favourite, it is a signature dish under the Tung Lok, Spinach Beancurd.. for this place, the beancurd was cut into half compare to other restaurant under Tung Lok.. but it is still forever soft and bouncy...i like it
Mrs YY has been mumbling Ee Fu noodles, Ee Fu noodles... so we ordered Ee Fu noodles.. nothing specual, a little too salty.. but personal favour,, eat slowly so that the saltiness will be lightened
10.10.10.100000 (ten ten ten tennnnnnnn).... coffee Pork Ribs... over here in singapore, you will get to to try all type of flavor pork ribs, you would have tried sweet sour pork ribs, fried pork ribs, strawberry pork ribs.. how abt coffee pork ribs? its meat is soft, tender and juicy (fat), and the sweet thick coffee coating, it is one different experience which is hard to describe.. but it is delicious..
Olive has ordered a Black Glutinious rice with ice cream, the serving portion is really small, but if you really check out her look, you can really tell she is really really enjoy it
here come our Mango soft Roll and
Osmanthus Flower jelly cake.. the jelly cake sweetness is just nice, but why must they sprinkle the plum powder onto it.. jeez... they are crazy and taste so funny
