"Snow Skin" look alike Mooncake Making Gathering #1

One of our friend, Reverie from our yum cha group has invited some of us over to her wonderful place for a mini gathering and at the same time chatting all the wonderful things about food and not forgetting playing with her Pinky too :)
In actual fact, we have planned this event not long ago, and in this mini gathering, we are planning to make this Snow Skin Mooncake just for fun.. do take note that we are really have no experience in making it at all and we have to rely on a video to make this happening.
We begin our from the west all the way to north east of singapore, which is about 35 mins drive by using the expressway..
This is the first time i have been to this part of Singapore.. and it seems like a very nice place.. clean and quiet...

And a nice landscape garden too...

Thanks Rev for being a nice host, she has prepare us some nice lunch from outside..
we have meat, chicken wing, pizza and fried rice

over here we have honey chicken wing, and spicy chicken drum-stick

next we have the Sweet sour pork chop?

and fried rice from neighbourhood coffee shop

1 salami pizza

and ... I really have no idea what this is call..

and this I think is beef stew, hey.. how come i have not eat this

and not forgetting our 2 beautiful ladies guest too

oops.. should be 3 ladies guest and 1 host.
