while the ladies are busy preparing the dumpling,  sitting aside was a bowl of dough resting and growing...

after the full resting, it is time for bread making time...  MD is now showing the how-to go about it on preparing it

wow.. after a few tricks.. this is the smoothest and the roundest i have seen so far.. and with our "kung-fu" we still need to learn a lot from MD.

MD: now.. let see how u do it...

1st.. not forgetting the luncheon meat.. yummy  yummy

after a few round of discussion....

finally the round dough is form

and the luncheon meat bread is form.. well.. not ready to eat yet...

as for this extra...

we will do this traditional "fong-bao"

and after a few rounds... it is time for them to go into the oven for baking...

now.. shall we move to the cranberry and walnut bread... this is how it will looks like before the final piece
