Dinner with close friend
It is not easy to find good and close friend nowadays, and when i say close friend, which mean we have almost (i mean almost) 100% things that share alike.. this close friend is none other then YY..
Ever since we started this HK group gathering which is "almost" 2 year old now, we are fortunate to get to know YY. I can still remember, when we first met, it is a small gathering in Prima Tower.. YY is really a funny and sociable guy. After a few gathering, we later found that YY and I actually share a lot of common things :) the food that we like, the action that we do and the jokes that we share.. even though we have a little age gap, but we just feel that we really can get along very well. And so, our meet up is getting even closer and closer.. and it is not easy to find friend that share common things.. Thanks bro..
And last nite, we are having a nice dinner get together... and this time it is the west meeting the east.. here we are, on the left, we have chicken wing seasoned with lemon and soya sauce, and on the right we have brocolli mushroom accompany with creamy white wine sauce.. and as for the middle, it is none other then the "screw" pasta :)
this creamy dish is one dish that YY is enjoying, hope that the creamy sauce is not too rich, but it does match perfectly well with the screw pasta above..
it does looks a little weird where this chinese chicken wing meeting the pasta from the west.. but who cares.. as long as we like them, it is a perfect match.. lets call this a "fusion" dinner
everyone is busy doing the part, washing, cleaning, hold the hot pot.. as for me,,, hahaha the camera man lor
here comes the first scoop, pasta serve with chinese rice bowl.. what a fusion

after a nice dessert, let check out YY 3D castle that he has assemble a few months back
what i like abt this castle is that not only it is in 3D, you can even see thru from back to front..
