Dinner making Session #3
it is now the making of Dinner session time...
jhouse is preparing the Hongkong famous "SinChew noodle)
wow.. it seems like she is using all her lady power for this meal
Carrie is now preparing her tofu for the mixed tofu vege
Avis is now preparing some seasoning for jhouse... wait till u see her claypot rice
the noodle is ready now.. yummy
mixed tofu vege is ready too.. yummy yummy
and now the grand master piece from Avis.. claypot rice..
first .. u need the claypot with washed rice in it
next the wax meat... i like "lup cheong"
next.. we mix all the chicken, chinese mushroom, lup cheong, and other "waxed" products...
and wala .. the final masterpiece... and I must say... it smells really really good... yummy yummy yummy

little chloe is enjoying by herself, not knowing that everyone is taking a picture of her
the three singapore sisters....
and not forgetting a bunch of good friends that make this session a success.....
well.. hope that everyone enjoy our baking session.. and we are looking forward for our mass gathering this coming April.. till then... see ya...
