Ever since we started our first baking session at Carrie's place and the second at Sophie's place..
Carrie seems to be addicted to this new hobby, and had bought her first few new toys to start off the next baking session...
1st, Carrie bought this new Akira Egg/flour beater... not very expensive... it comes with a stand and a bowl too... it is a good investment for starter before moving on to a more professional equipment..

Next the weighing machine, it is a must for all baking needs... and it is very handy too... i like this model.. as it is portable and light too

next some floor, yeast, silicon brush and essence

and now the preparation begin

Wow.. Carrie is hardworking weighing all the flour and sugar.. see how relax she is? :P

you know what .. after adding the egg .. it has become "mango" dessert... hahahaha

it is time to beat up the floor
