here come our Beijing Duck set, oops.. i have forgotten to take a shots on how to eat them..
you are suppose to pick a slice of duck meat, put on top of thin like egg skin, follow by a slice of cucumber, wrap them up, and chuck it into your mouth... (hey friends did anyone take any shots on this?)

this is another tasty dish, Braised Prime Pork Rib, it is soft and tender, but it can be softer if the chef were to braise it longer...

Onion pancake is a little too hard on its skin and i find that it is a little too thick.. if LBJ can make it thinner.. that will be great

here comes the next dish, Fried venison with fungi, its meat is a little to chewy and its pepper gravy is not pepper enough but overall it is a good dish and it is also a healthy dish too ... buahahahahahaha

here come another signature dish of LBJ, Green Jade Tofu,  the green top is actually spinach and its tofu is actually egg tofu, this is one dish many restaurant want to copy it.. but too bad, the original chef is here... so if you really want to try this dish .. you have to try LBJ authentic tofu dish..
