Before we pay a visit to my MIL, we stop by a fruit stall to get some fruits..
as this is the eve, the price is coming down drastically as they need to clear all this stuff..

this is the chinese restaurant which is near to my MIL stay

clean decor

and the restaurant are all set for all families reunion dinner

this is what we ordered for that nite...

this is the soup that has been boiling for long hours. Its colour can tell that it has squeeze out all the essence from the chicken and meat.. and left with....

this.. this what it has left after the long hour of boiling

here comes our next dish, roast piglet  and char siew...

the roast piglet has skin that it is so thin, it really crack when u munch it.. not fat, that is why i took a few piece that night

Its char siew is so juicy and sweet, and it melts in your mouth when bite on it.. yummy

this is a dish that i think most family will ordered it, braised abalone with goose feet and mushroom..
abalone is soft and tender and its mushroom is so juicy that i eat twoo more... goose feet is tender and smooth.. and you can feel it tenderness in your mouth and not forgetting it slipprey when it is inside your mouth.. good stuff

next the fish, a little saltish on it sauce, but if u eat just the meat, it taste just great too.

there is nothing special about this dish, but i quite like the prawn as it is fresh and bouncy when bite onto it...
