Day 2 -
Now it is dinner time. We actually bought 1 whole salmon together with YY couple.. and tonite, it is time to present this wonderful salmon delicacy from Jhouse superb skill..

and you can see that they enjoy it with a nice smile
later that nite, we had this wonder chocolate banana mousse cake for dessert.. yummy...
Day 3 -
they have already pre-plan that they want to come to this Itacho Sushi inPlaza Singapura.. this is the 2nd brand after ION.. lets check out how good they are compare to the 1st branch.
their menu is in fact of 1st class standard, all pictures are real and alive
when i said alive, it is really alive, the way the printer embossed the pictures, and they way they position the delicacy.. i really want to eat them all
and on the cosy table, they even teach you how to each sushi the correct way
see how cosy the table setting is
here are some candid shots
and they even ejoy the menu with laughter too
here comes my california handroll... the hand roll are in a perfect roll compare to some japanese outlet, the ingredient are thick, and the crab meat are crab meat
look at this... the ingredients are really of good quality, and i really enjoy it
here comes the next one, soft shell crab maki with avocado on top... refreshing, and yet creative.. in my opinion, i think they should replace the soft shell with tempura prawn
deal of the day, smoked salmon sushi, U.P: $1.60, now only $.80
Katsu don is one dish that you should try (not a must) ... the sauce is not that salty which is a good point to take note.. but when come to the tenderness and crispiness of the katsu, i think they can do better...
MIL has ordered this Mini Unagi fried rice.. and it is really mini
miso soup saltiness tasted just rite...
this is Oyster udon for my MIL
