YAYOIKEN Jap Restaurant @ Liang Court

I have not been updating my blog for quite sometime, and thought of coming back again on place we patronise before. This time we revisit the Japanese restaurant that we find they are value for money, yup its Yayoiken located at Liang Court basemet. we are very lucky that we are able to get seats, so our eating protocol begins.

They have two of ordering method, one of them will be you can order via the tablet that is installed on top partition, its more for those IT savvy where they are just lazy to flip through the menu.  The other type will be probably mean for diner who just want to order the old fashioned way via the colour menu.

Their colourful menu is really full of surprises.. which you really want to eat every thing.  But we just have to order what we can consume.

I have ordered this Chicken Namban Teishoku, the picture show on the menu is really what you see is what you get.

Main dish will  chicken marinated with sweet soy sauce top with their own tartar sauce, compliment with cold tofu and cold salad dress with roast nut sauce which is just too perfect, and not forgetting the great taste of miso soup.

Chicken are tender and juicy, marinated with sweet soy sauce does bring it to the next level to tingle your tongue, top with tartar sauce is sure something new to try out, but even without the tartar sauce is still taste good.

Wifey ordered a Yasai Itame Teishoku.  Its main dish will be fried cabbage with slice pork belly, and will compliment with cold tofu as side dish and miso soup.

Its stir fried cabbage with sliced pork belly is actually from one of the Chinese dish, but after going through the perfection of Japanese way of doing it, it doesn't taste oily and if you are to eat it together with japanese rice… you will definitely refill another bowl of rice..

Please note, if you ordered any set with rice, their rice is free flow, and no extra charges.

Well.. if you are hungry now… go for it…

Happy eating.
